Valentine's Day Coincidence

Last Valentine's day Megan and I looked out the window and saw this after Scott got done shoveling the snow. We thought "How cute, he shoveled out little hearts for Valentine's Day!" When we approached him about it he was completely baffled. Apparently it was just the car tracks from the paper delivery person and complete coincidence. We sent the picture to the paper and today we noticed that they put it on their website (4 months later). This is the picture:
