Christmas Eve

Susie's blog has a bunch more pictures that I love from Christmas Eve.  We celebrated at Grandma's house and enjoyed the annual Christmas nativity.  Joseph (the cow) became the baby Jesus toward the end of the play.  Michael was a shepard, Thomas was Joseph, and Megan and Emma were angels.

The big surprise came at the end of the night when my Mom surprised us with her famous Mr. and Mrs. Santa Clause dolls.  She always said she would never make them again because they are so time intensive (it took her over 120 hours to make all 12 dolls) but she made the goal at the end of October and got them done for us.  Talk about a labor of love.  It will be a Christmas we will always remember!  Thanks Mom!
